Shipping policy

We ship from Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, to Switzerland, the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States. For customers in the EU, the United Kingdom and the USA, prices are displayed and charged in the local currency; our prices in Swiss francs are the basis. Fabric by the metre is cut fresh from the bolt for every order, rolled and carefully packed.

Sample cards (approx. 5 × 7 cm) are sent by letter post:

Delivery time

We usually dispatch within 2 working days of receiving payment. Delivery then typically takes:

Switzerland: 1–3 working days
EU: 5–10 working days
United Kingdom and USA: 7–15 working days

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries to the EU, the United Kingdom and the USA, customs duties, import VAT and any handling fees of the destination country are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. The amount depends on the destination country and the value of the goods; we have no influence on it.
